The Newlands Quay Residents association was inaugurated at the Captain Kidd Pub on 11 March 2003.

 

Aims and Objectives of the Newlands Quay Residents Association
Our aim is support and promote the best interest of all leasholders of Newlands Quay

Our Objectives are:

 

• Fairly represent the interests of the leasholders

• Initiate dialogue with the property management on any issues pertaining to Newlands Quay

• Control and monitor the work of the property management company and its agents

• Initiate and pursue any course of action which is seen to be in the interests of the majority of leasholders
